CertExpress is a private document delivery service operated by NaachTech. We are not affiliated with any government agency. Contact: orders@certexpresss.com

2. Data We Collect

  • Email address — provided by your payment processor after purchase, used to deliver your download link
  • IP address — collected at checkout for fraud prevention and compliance purposes
  • Order details — company name, document type, amount paid, download activity (count and timestamps)
  • Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe or PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
  • BOC-3 filing details — for BOC-3 orders: the USDOT/MC number, company name, contact name, phone, email, and mailing address you submit. Some fields are prefilled from public FMCSA registration records so you can correct them rather than retype them.

2a. Sharing With Filing Partners

To complete a BOC-3 filing we forward your order details — company name, USDOT/MC number, contact name, phone, email, and address — to the licensed process agent partner who records the designation with the FMCSA. This is necessary to perform the service you ordered. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else for marketing.

The resulting BOC-3 designation becomes part of your public FMCSA registration record.
